To reserve or browse for a space on campus, please visit  http://reservations.mainerunninglogs.com. The EMS WebApp, a web-based application, provides efficient facilities and services management by allowing the campus community to use a standard Internet browser to view real-time calendars and event schedules. Only College employees are eligible to book space. Please note: if prompted for your user name and password, the format of your user name must be cmpcntr\username(i.e cmpcntr\zsmith).

Pre-approved students (e.g. RAs and Theater and Dance students) have access to use the EMS WebApp for space requests specific to their roles. Students looking to request space for any other reason should connect with Office of Student Leadership and Engagement.
